- What actually happens when I subscribe?
- You connect a Chess.com or Lichess username, we pull your recent games, and the engine reads them inside your browser. Fifteen minutes later you have a Chess DNA report and a daily plan built from your own mistakes, not a generic curriculum.
- Is my price really locked?
- Yes. The list price moves up as each founding class fills. Whatever you pay when you join is what you keep paying, for as long as you stay subscribed.
- What is the Elo guarantee?
- Train the daily plan for 30 days. If your rating in your main time control has not moved up, email us and we refund the month. Inside the first 7 days you can cancel for a full refund for any reason at all.
- Do you need my password?
- Never. We read public games through the official Chess.com and Lichess APIs. Engine analysis runs in your browser, so your games are not shipped to a server for evaluation.
